Ogury's Post-Click Tracker is a piece of JavaScript code, generated and implemented to track specific landing page actions. Our tracker is activated once a user clicks on you campaign ad, and goes to the landing page.

Our Post-Click Tracker opens up greater optimization visibility, informs and strengthens our overall algorithm, and helps us achieve agreed-upon branding KPIs in a more efficient manner.

What are the benefits of implementing the Ogury Post-Click Tracker?

Ogury's Post-Click Tracker opens up greater optimization visibility, informs and strengthens our overall algorithm, and helps us achieve agreed-upon branding KPIs in a more efficient manner.

Without the Post-Click Tracker, our team can only optimize to basic KPIs such as CPC and CTR. With our tracker added, our ad ops team has more levers to look into campaign optimization, that will aid in generating better quality traffic.

What data is collected by the Post-Click Tracker?

The following data is collected through the cookies of the users coming from Ogury ads

  • Device advertising ID (AAID / IDFA). The actual Device ID is not stored. Ogury generates and stores an internal unique ID named the ODID.

  • Connectivity (wi-fi / 3G / …)

  • Geo from the IP

  • Device OS & version, vendor (from the user agent)

  • Browser version

In addition, the Ogury Post-Click Tracker may collect the following post-click data from websites where it has been deployed to measure post-click events and optimize the campaign. This is based on the defined KPIs.

  • Page views

  • Session duration

  • Clicks

  • Scrolls

How is personal information stored ?

Our systems are hosted by Amazon Web Services.

Ogury takes appropriate safeguards to ensure that User Data remains protected.

These safeguards include transferring User Data from the EEA or UK to countries which have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection by the European Commission (or UK authority, as appropriate); or implementing the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (or UK authority, as appropriate) for transfers of personal information outside of the EEA or UK.

How long is data stored for?

This data is kept in Ogury’s systems for up to 13 months then automatically deleted or anonymized.

What are Ogury’s cookies purposes and details?

We're using two different cookies in order to link the actions made by the users on your website to our ad. These cookies are for optimisation purposes only, it will help us to optimise your campaigns based on post-click data:

1- Ogury internal cookie usage: user identification and 3rd party partner matching in the context of web delivery.

  • Cookie name: presage-ssp

  • Partner Name: Ogury

  • Domain Name: presage.io

  • Expiry: 6 months

  • IAB TCF purposes: 1, 2, 7, 9, 10

2- Ogury internal cookie usage: storing click datas and their propagation in post-click events.

Will Ogury provide reporting with the Post-Click Tracker?

Our Post-Click Tracker is an optimization tool, not a reporting one. If you would like to look at specific site actions, we recommend adding separate event trackers (such as floodlights) to your campaign.

Can I implement Ogury's Post Click Tracker without Google Tag Manager?

Yes, we are able to implement Ogury's Post-Click Tracker via other platforms, or directly with your website. Please reach out to your Ogury Sales rep for more information.

Does the Ogury Post-Click Tracker require user consent?

The personal data collected via our Post-Click Tracker is only used by Ogury for measuring post-clicks events and optimizing your campaign.

Depending on applicable privacy laws, this may require to priorly provide users with legally-sufficient notice and required choice mechanisms. In such instances, we rely on clients to fulfill these requirements since we lack control over your properties.

For example, in regions where GDPR applies, clients must obtain an informed user consent for Ogury before firing the Ogury Post-Click Tracker. For this purpose, we strongly recommend clients to implement on your properties a consent management platform that meets the requirements of the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework.

Can I directly integrate Ogury's Post-Click Tracker to a site?

Yes, please reach out directly to your Customer Success contact, who will generate a Javascript tag for you to implement.

Will adding the Post-Click Tracker affect the page loading time of my website?

No. The javascript tag is asynchronous. This means that both can load simultaneously and not affect each other.
