The Account Report provides a comprehensive view of the performance of campaigns associated with a specific account. This report includes key metrics that give you a high-level understanding of how various campaigns are performing under a specific account. Below are the metrics provided in the Account Report, along with a brief explanation of each:
Metrics in the Account Report
Account Definition: The unique name of the account under which campaigns are running, retrieved and aligned with Salesforce. Purpose: Helps in tracking the performance of campaigns at the account level, giving a consolidated view of activities.
Campaign ID Definition: A unique identifier for each campaign associated with the account. Purpose: Used to differentiate and track individual campaigns within an account.
Campaign Definition: The name of the campaign running under the account. Purpose: Enables you to easily recognize and monitor specific campaigns within the account.
Strategy Definition: The advertising strategy employed, replaces the concept of variant in Admin. Purpose: Helps in understanding which tactics are being used to achieve campaign goals.
Impressions Definition: The number of times an ad from a campaign was displayed to users. Purpose: Measures the reach and visibility of campaigns under the account.
Clicks Definition: The number of times users clicked on ads from the campaign. Purpose: Provides insight into user engagement with campaign ads, showing the level of interaction.
Click-Through Rate (CTR) Definition: The percentage of impressions that resulted in clicks. Formula: (Clicks ÷ Impressions) × 100 Purpose: Gauges the effectiveness of campaign creatives in driving user interaction.
Video Completes Definition: The number of times users watched the campaign's video ads to completion. Purpose: Indicates how engaging video content is to the target audience.
View-Through Rate (VTR) Definition: The percentage of video impressions that were watched to completion. Formula: (Video Completes ÷ Video Impressions) × 100 Purpose: Helps measure the effectiveness of video campaigns in holding audience attention.
Spend Definition: The total amount spent on the campaign under the account. Purpose: Tracks the financial investment in campaigns to ensure they are cost-effective and align with budgetary goals.
Currency Definition: The currency in which the spend is recorded. Purpose: Ensures financial clarity, especially for campaigns that might span multiple regions or operate with different currencies.
